Triglie alla Marinara (Mullet) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of mullet
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
1 pc of onions; chopped
1 pc of parsley; chopped
1/2 wineglass of oil (olive)
1/2 pt of water
Instructions:
Cut mullet to little pieces then put into stew pan (lid on), together with pepper, salt, parsley, onion, oil plus water. Cook fish in it gently. On dish, arrange fillets and pour little broth on them. Add parsley and onion.
Aside from mullet, the following can also be used: hake, cod, lemon soles, whiting, etc.
