Tenerumi d’Agnello alla Veneziana (Tendons of Lamb) Recipe

Ingredients:

lamb tendons
1 stick of butter
1 tsp of parsley; chopped
1 pc of onions
some stock

Instructions:

Fry tendons with butter along with minced parsley plus onion. Then serve this with some fine gravy/stock.
