Tartufi alla Dino (Truffles) Recipe
Ingredients:
Truffles
Forcemeat (fowl)
sparkling wine (Champagne)
Instructions:
Scoop the insides of truffles and chop finely. Combine chopped truffles with forcemeat; mix them well and fill onto the cavity of truffles.
Put thin slice/layer of truffle above. Cook inside the stew pan with champagne for 30 mins.
Take the stuffed truffles out and make the (rich) sauce. Add some champagne and a little more (chopped) truffles. Keep mixture heated for 10 mins. Serve on (paper) souffle cups.
