Tarragon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of good stock
2 pcs of fresh tarragon sprigs
1 oz of butter
3 Tbsps of flour
1 tsp of tarragon; minced
Instructions:
Combine stock and fresh sprigs of tarragon inside a stew pan. Simmer it for 45 mins, covered. Melt butter on another stew pan and add flour; stir thoroughly. Discard tarragon from stock and gradually add onto the roux.
Mix thoroughly and add the minced tarragon. Let it boil, about 2 mins.
