Soup with Risotto Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of leftover risotto
2 beaten eggs
3 cups of bread crumbs
4-5 c of brown or clear soup
Instructions:
Make risotto into small balls, about the same as small-sized nuts. First, coat them with beaten eggs then with bread crumbs. Fry all balls with butter then dry each one. Put balls into bowl with brown or clear soup.
