Sogliole alla Livornese (Sole) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of sole
1 1/2 oz of butter
1 clove of garlic
a pinch of chopped fennel
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
2 Tbsps of tomato puree
Instructions:
Fillet sole then put into pan with garlic (with a cut) and butter. Sprinkle some fennel, pepper plus salt. Cook this for some minutes. Make sure to turn fillet over when needed. Remove garlic then pour tomato puree. Serve.
