Sauce Piquante (for Meat, Fowl, Game, Rabbit) Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz of butter
2 oz of flour
Ordinary brown stock (or white)
Instructions:
Cook butter and flour, making the roux. Gradually add stock till mixture has thickened and smoothened.
