Salmone alla Santa Fiorentina (Salmon) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of salmon
2-3 pcs of egg
1 pack of mayonnaise
some parsley (for garnishing)
2-3 c of flour
Instructions:
Boil salmon then marinate for about one hour. Remove bones then fillet. After wiping, roll fillets in some flour then dip into beaten eggs/mayonnaise.
Fry until they color good. Arrange circular in dish, using sauted parsley for garnishing. Serve along with mayonnaise or Dutch sauce.
Fish (fillets) of any kind can be prepared this way.
