Risotto all’Italiana Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of small onion
Butter
1 c of stock
4 oz of rice
3 pcs of tomatoes (medium); pureed
2 Tbsps of grated cheese (Parmesan and Cheddar)
Instructions:
Fry onion on butter and add stock then boil rice (but don’t make it pulpy). Add tomato puree and mix thoroughly. Adding more of the stock if necessary. Add grated cheese then serve at once.
