Riso all’Imperatrice Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of rice
1 Tbsp of sugar
Milk
Fruit preserves; sliced
1 c of Blanc Mange
100 ml of Maraschino
Pineapple bits; diced
1 c of whipped cream
Glace fruits or Brandy cherries (for garnish)
Instructions:
Boil rice, sugar, and milk. Once boiling, drain then let cool. Place mould onto an ice then decorate with fruit preserves slices. Place blanc mange onto an ice then stir till its consistency is smooth.
Slowly add (boiled) rice, Maraschino, diced pineapples, and cream. Carefully fill onto mould and chill. Turn out on a plate and garnish as desired.
