Pollastro in istufa di Pomidoro (Braized Fowl) Recipe
Ingredients:
Fowl
Bacon fat; cut up
Ham bits
1 piece of bay leaf
1 piece of garlic clove (with one cut)
1/8 teaspoon of spice
1 glass of Burgundy
Tomato sauce
Instructions:
Braise the fowl on bacon bits, ham bits, (bay) leaf, garlic, Burgundy and spice. Discard garlic after 5 mins. Serve together with the (tomato) sauce.
