Pollastro alla Lorenese (Fowl) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of Fowl; cut up
2 oz of butter
1 pc of onion; cut up
1 pc of parsley sprig (fresh); chopped
Salt & Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Lemon slices (fresh)
Instructions:
Place the fowl on a skillet with butter, onion, and parsley. Add salt & pepper then cook above moderate heat. Turn occasionally. Take the cooked meat out then roll on breadcrumbs while hot.
Fry and serve them with lemon slices.
