Polenta Recipe
Ingredients:
Cornmeal
Stock
Butter
Grated cheese (Parmesan)
1 pc of egg (beaten)
Instructions:
Slowly add meal into a boiling water or stock, while stirring continuously. Cook for 15 mins till smooth and thick. Add small amount of butter, grated cheese, and beaten egg.
Let cool then place inside a baking dish, layered. Adding small amount of butter onto every layer then sprinkle lots of grated cheese. Bake for one hour. Serve immediately.
