Pesci diversi alla Casalinga (Fish) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of fish (any kind)
1 stick of celery
1 sprig of parsley
1 pc of carrot
1 pc of onion
1 pc of anchovy; pounded
1 clove of garlic
4 pcs of almond (shredded)
3 pcs of caper
2 pcs of mushroom
1 oz of butter
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
1 Tbsp of flour
2 Tbsps c of tomato sauce
Instructions:
Chop celery, carrot, parsley and onion. Next, pound anchovy with brine, almonds and mushrooms. Then put everything into pan with pepper, butter and salt. Fry this for some minutes and add some water (hot) plus flour.
After boiling for about 10 min., put fish in, cooking until done. Some tomato puree may be added.
