Patate al Pomidoro (Potatoes with Tomato Sauce) Recipe

Ingredients:

3 or 4 pieces of potatoes; peeled and slice
2 ounces of melted butter
Salt
1/2 glass of stock
Tomato sauce
Lemon juice
Butter

Instructions:

Place the slices of potatoes onto a stew pan with (melted) butter. Cook gently till cooked through. Add the salt and drain butter. Add stock and glaze.

Arrange the cooked potatoes on the plate. Pour over (tomato) sauce and dot butter on top. Drizzle small amount of juice from lemon.
