Pasta marinate (For masking Italian Frys) Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz of flour (Semolina)
2 pcs of eggs
Little amount of salt
2 oz of melted butter
A glass of water
Instructions:
Combine flour, yolks, butter, and salt; mix thoroughly and add water. Beat the egg whites till stiff and add onto the liquid mixture.
