Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Tbsps of mushroom essence
1 c of sauce (Velute)
1 oz of butter

Instructions:

Combine mushroom essence and sauce on a stew pan. Let it reduce while stirring constantly. When done, add butter and serve at once.
