Mullet alla Triestina Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of mullet (also turbot or sole)
1.5 oz butter
a pinch of salt
1 pc lemon; squeezed
1/2 glass Chablis
Instructions:
Put fish onto dish/bowl (fireproof) along with butter, lemon extract, Chablis and salt. Heat over very low fire, turning fish whenever necessary. Serve when cooked.
