Macaroni alla Casalinga Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 lb of macaroni (uncooked); cut up to small pieces
2 oz of butter
Stock (or gravy)
3 Tbsps of grated cheese (Parmesan and Cheddar)
1/8 tsp of nutmeg
Salt
Instructions:
Cook the macaroni pieces in (boiling) water with salt. When cooked through, drain then place on the saucepan. Add butter, stock, grated cheese, and nutmeg. Mix and stir thoroughly above moderate heat. Serve at once.
