Lingua alla Visconti (Tongue) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of tongue; smoked
some glaze
fried bread
white grapes
some spinach (2 inches thick)
some port
Instructions:
In water (fresh), soak tongue for about 48 hours. Boil until tender. Next, peel skin off, thickly slice tongue then glaze.
Prepare border (oval) of bread and cover with some spinach (2 in thick) then arrange tongue slices on it.
Fill dish center with some grapes (white) that were cooked with muscat or port.
