Lepre Agro-dolce (Hare) Recipe
Ingredients:
Hare; cut up
Butter
Vinegar
Onion; chopped
Ham bits
Stock
Sugar
Salt
Grated chocolate
Shredded almonds
Stoned raisins
Instructions:
Wash hare pieces with vinegar; cook on butter. Add onion, ham bits, few salt, and stock. Fill half the wine glass with refined sugar then fill to 3/4 by adding vinegar; mix thoroughly.
Once hare has browned thoroughly and almost cooked, add the vinegar/sugar, chocolate, raisins, and almonds. Mix them well. Continue cooking for some more mins.
