Funghi cappelle infarcite (Stuffed Mushrooms) Recipe
Ingredients:
12 pieces of mushrooms (fresh)
Butter
Breadcrumbs
Garlic
Parsley; chopped
2 pieces of eggs
1/2 gill of cream
Salt
2 Tablespoons of grated cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Remove stalks from mushrooms then place their tops on the saucepan, bottom facing up, along with butter.
Cut 6 mushroom stalks then place on another saucepan; add small amount of breadcrumbs (soaked in gravy), little parsley, little garlic, eggs, cream, grated cheese, and salt.
Mix thoroughly till formed to a smoothened paste. Fill the paste onto the mushroom cavity. Add more of butter then strew over breadcrumbs on each of mushrooms. Bake for 10 to 15 mins.
