Frittura Piccata al Marsala (Fillet of Veal) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of veal steak
1 stick of butter
1 glass of Marsala
1 teacup of stock
some fried bacon
2 Tbsps of lemon juice
Instructions:
Fillet steak, removing all stringy and fat parts. Next, flour fillets then fry with butter. And when browned slightly, add Marsala plus stock then fry over high heat so fillets stay tender.
Remove from fire when cooked, put some bacon over each plus little lemon drops then serve.
