Frittura of Liver and Brains Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of liver (calf); scalded and cut up
1/2 lb of brain (calf); scalded and cut up
Flour
Butter
Fried ham bits
Pastry puffs (diamond-shaped)
Instructions:
Flour the liver pieces then fry on butter. Do same with the brain pieces. Serve hot with ham bits and (pastry) puffs.
