Frittura di Bottoni e di Animelle (Sweetbread and Mushrooms) Recipe

Ingredients:

Button mushrooms; peeled and halves
Sweetbread
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Egg
Salt & Pepper
Butter
Fried Parsley
Lemon slices

Instructions:

Boil the sweetbread then cut to pieces, same as sizes of mushrooms. Combine them with flour, breadcrumbs, and egg; fry on butter. Serve hot and garnish parsley and lemon slices.
