Frittata di funghi (Mushroom Omelette) Recipe

Ingredients:

4 or 5 pcs of mushrooms; rinsed and cut up
1-1/2 oz of butter
1 pc of garlic clove (with 2 cuts)
Salt
2 or 3 pcs of eggs (separated)
Breadcrumbs (soaked in water)
1 Tbsp of grated cheese (Parmesan)
2 pcs of marjoram leaves

Instructions:

Place the mushroom pieces inside a skillet with butter, garlic, and few salt; slightly fry until mushrooms are almost cooked then discard garlic.

While waiting, beat the egg whites and egg yolks separately then combine them with little breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and marjoram leaves; beat thoroughly till crumbs are absorbed completely.

Pour onto the skillet with mushrooms and cook the omelette.
