Frittata con Pomidoro (Tomato Omelette) Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs tomatoes; peeled and seeded
1 oz of butter
Chopped marjoram
Chopped parsley
1/8 tsp of spice
3 pcs of eggs; whites and yolks beaten separately
Instructions:
Combine tomatoes with butter, parsley, marjoram, and spice; mix thoroughly. Add the beaten egg whites and beaten egg yolks; mix well. Cook the omelette.
