Frittata con Asparagi (Asparagus Omelette) Recipe

Ingredients:

12 pcs of asparagus heads; blanched and cut up
2 oz of butter
Ham bits
Herbs
1 Tbsps of grated cheese (Parmesan)
3 pcs of eggs (beaten)

Instructions:

Combine asparagus heads, butter, ham bits, ham bits, and grated cheese; mix thoroughly. Add onto the beaten eggs. Cook the omelette.
