Filletti di Pesce alla Villeroy (Fillets of Fish) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 good-sized fish
3-4 c of flour
1 stick of butter
2-3 c of Villeroy
Instructions:
Fish of any kind can be used: turbot, trout, sole, &c. Slice into strips or fillets then spread flour over them. Cook with butter using covered saucepan. Make some Villeroy and dip fillets in it. Fry with butter (clarified).
