Filetto di Bue con Pistacchi (Fillets of Beef with Pistachios) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of beef; cut into fillets
1 Tbsp of olive oil
a pinch of salt
3-4 c of flour
some chopped pistachio nuts
2-3 Tbsps of gravy
Instructions:
Put beef fillets into stewpan along with salt and oil. After cooking for some minutes, coat with some flour then sprinkle with some nuts (pistachio). Then add some boiled gravy then cook this for 30 more minutes.
