Fave alla Savoiarda (Beans) Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound of broad beans
Salt
1/2 cup of stock (reduced)
Herbs
2 glasses of sauce (Bechamel)

Instructions:

Boil the beans with salted water then remove the skin. Place them on the saucepan then cook along with stock that has been reduced and herbs. Once cooked through, drain and discard herbs. Season it with Bechamel.
