Fagiano alla Napoletana (Pheasant) Recipe
Ingredients:
Gravy (reduced)
2 ounces of butter
1 Tablespoon of grated cheese (Parmesan)
A puree of tomatoes
Macaroni
Neapolitan sauce
Pheasant
Instructions:
Lard the pheasant and roast. Serve on macaroni that has cooked w/ gravy, butter, grated cheese, and tomato puree. Serve hot with the (Neapolitan) sauce on the side.
