Crema Montata alle Fragole (Strawberry Cream) Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of cream
3 Tbsps of strawberry preserves or jam
2 tsps of Maraschino
Meringue biscuits

Instructions:

Place cream above the ice for 2 hours then whip. Pass the preserves through the sieve; add Maraschino and mix with whipped cream. Build into pyramid then garnish meringue. Serve immediately.

Note: Preserves may be substituted with fresh fruit but add (castor) sugar.
