Coniglio alla Provenzale (Rabbit) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 piece of rabbit; cut up
Flour
Butter
1 glass of Chablis
Chopped parsley
1/2 piece of onion
3 pieces of mushrooms
Salt
1 cup of stock
Instructions:
Wipe rabbit pieces then roll onto the flour. Fry on butter till browned. Add Chablis, parsley, onion, mushrooms, stock, and salt. Cover then cook above moderate heat for 45 mins. Add more stock if necessary to prevent stew from drying.
