Cetriuoli alla Parmigiana (Cucumber) Recipe
Ingredients:
Cucumber; sliced to 1/2 inch
Salt
Butter
grated cheese (Parmesan)
Gravy (thick)
Instructions:
Boil the sliced cucumber in water with salt. Drain through the sieve then slightly fry on (melted) butter. Strew small amount of grated cheese then add gravy. Bake for 10 mins till browned then serve hot.
