Cervello in Fili serbe (Calf’s Brains) Recipe
Ingredients:
Half of brain (calf)
Stock
Melted butter
Juice from 1/2 piece of lemon
Fried chopped parsley
Instructions:
Boil brain on stock, at about 10 mins. Drain then pour over lemon and small amount of butter onto the boiled brain. Serve hot with chopped fried parsley.
