Cavoli fiodi fritti (Cauliflower) Recipe
Ingredients:
Cauliflower (or broccoli); broken into bunches
Good gravy
Salt
Lemon juice
Egg (beaten)
Butter
Instructions:
Blanch the small cauliflower bunches. Transfer onto the saucepan along with a gravy; cook for some mins. Marinate with salt and juice from lemon; let it cool.Dip onto beaten egg. Fry on butter. Serve hot.
