Cavoli di Bruxelles alla Savoiarda (Brussels Sprouts) Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 pound of brussel sprouts (remove the outside leaves)
2 ounces of fresh butter
1/2 cup of very good stock
Salt
Pepper
Grated cheese (Parmesan)
3 Tablespoons of Bechamel sauce
Croutons (fried in butter)
Instructions:
Wash the brussels then boil on water with salt. Let cool and drain; place on a pie dish with (fresh) butter, stock, little cheese, and small amount of pepper. Once glazed well, take its sauce out.
Season boiling (Bechamel) sauce then serve along with the croutons.
