Lingue di Castrato alla Cuciniera (Sheep’s Tongues) Recipe
Ingredients:
3-4 pcs of sheep’s tongue
3-5 slices of bacon
beef; cut into bits
2 pcs of onions
a bunch of herbs
a pinch of spice
1 pc of egg; beaten
1 stick of butter
some flour
Instructions:
In some stock, cook tongues. Add in some bacon slices, beef bits, onions, spice and herbs. Allow to cool, flour then mask with beaten egg.
Fry with butter quickly. Serve this with some sauce (Italian).
