White Villeroy Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz of butter
2 oz of flour
White stock
3 pcs of egg yolks
2 Tbsps of cream
1/8 tsp of nutmeg
Instructions:
Melt butter then cook the flour, to make the roux. Add stock then stir thoroughly till smoothened. Let mixture boil then add egg yolks, nutmeg, and cream; stir thoroughly. Pass mixture through the sieve.
