Salmone alla Genovese (Salmon) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of salmon
1/2 c Genoese sauce
1 stick of butter
1 pc of lemon; squeezed
Instructions:
Boil salmon then drain, setting aside the drained water. Take salmon’s skin off. Add 1 tablespoon of water (drained) to the sauce (Genoese) then mask boiled salmon with it. Pat with butter then squeeze with some lemon extract.
