Risotto alla Parigina Recipe
Ingredients:
Risotto
Sauce (game)
Butter (unsalted, for frying)
Instructions:
Make the risotto. Once cooked through, pour onto a baking dish and let cool. Cut using a (dariole) mould. Fry on butter. Serve hot with the sauce.
