Iced Zabajone Recipe
Ingredients:
10 pcs of egg yolks
2 Tbsps of castor sugar
600 ml of Marsala
1/2 pc of vanilla stick
1 pc of small cinnamon (whole)
1/2 pc of lemon; peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp of Maraschino
1 Tbsp of rum
Sidings:
Sponge cake
Iced wafers
Instructions:
Combine egg yolks, sugar, Marsala, vanilla, lemon, and cinnamon inside a double boiler till a little frothy and almost boiling.
Take it out from heat then discard cinnamon, zest, and vanilla; beat the remaining mixture for 1 or 2 mins.
Add rum and Maraschino; stir then pour onto a (souffle) dish then place on an ice. To serve along with the sidings.
