Carote al sughillo (Carrots) Recipe
Ingredients:
Carrots (young)
Stock
Sausage; cut up
Espagnole sauce
Instructions:
Boil carrots on stock then slice. Place inside a stew pan with the sausages and cook them for 45 mins above gentle heat. When done, add the Espagnole then serve at once.
