Animelle alla Parmegiana (Sweetbread) Recipe
Ingredients:
Sweetbreads
Breadcrumbs
Grated cheese (Parmesan)
Salt & Pepper
Butter
Instructions:
Blanch sweetbreads (as many as desired). Combine breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper; roll the blanched sweetbreads on this mixture. Wrap up on buttered (grease-proof) paper; grill. Once cooked, remove the wrapper.
Serve them with (good) sauce.
