Cavoli fiodi alla Lionese (Cauliflower) Recipe
Ingredients:
Cauliflower; blanched
Onion; cut up
Chopped parsley
Espagnole sauce
Lemon juice
Instructions:
Fry the onions slightly on butter with parsley till it changes color. Add cauliflower then cook till done. Transfer on a plate and pour over the Espagnole. Squeeze a lemon onto the sauce.
