Cauliflower alla Parmigiana Recipe
Ingredients:
Cauliflower; broken to bunches
Butter
Grated cheese (Parmesan and Cheddar)
1 Tablespoon of stock
1 Tablespoon of Espagnole sauce
Instructions:
Boil the cauliflower on water with salt then saute on butter, don’t overcook. Take out from heat then strew over grated cheeses. Transfer on a baking dish. Add Espagnole sauce and stock; bake for 10 mins.
