Macaroni alla Livornese Recipe
Ingredients:
4 oz of macaroni (uncooked)
4 or 5 pcs of mushrooms
Milk
Salt
Pepper
Tomato puree
Grated cheese (Parmesan and Cheddar)
Instructions:
Boil macaroni then stew mushrooms on milk w/ salt and pepper. Place macaroni, on singe layer on a baking dish. Add the pureed tomato, on single layer. Add mushrooms, on single layer and place macaroni on top.
Sprinkle grated cheese. Bake for 30 mins. Serve at once.
