Bodino of Semolina Recipe

Ingredients:

3 c of milk
4 oz of castor sugar
5 oz of semolina
6 pcs of egg yolks (beaten)
2 pcs of egg whites (beaten)
Grated lemon zest
3/4 oz of sultanas
1-1/2 c of rum
Whipped cream (flavored with vanilla stick)
Zabajone

Instructions:

Boil milk along with sugar then slowly add semolina. Let it boil at about 15 mins, while constantly stirring.

Take out form the heat and let cool slightly then add egg yolks, egg whites, lemon zests, rum, and sultanas; mix thoroughly till smoothened.

Pour onto a greased mould then serve it cold or hot.

(If cold, add cream; hot, Zabajone)
