Barbabietola alla Parmigiana (Beetroot) Recipe

Ingredients:

Beetroot
Sauce (white)
Grated cheese (Parmesan and Cheddar)

Instructions:

Boil the beetroot until tender. Let it cool slightly then peel and slice. Place on a (fireproof) dish then cover with thick (white) sauce and strew some grated cheeses. Bake for some mins then serve immediately.
